This is graded a Fine 15 by CGA with comments of "Pinholes, Writing, Margin tear"
I see a couple pinholes certainly not enough for a comment, indeed a tiny margin tear not worth comment, visible writing to the right of the seal and then some scuffiness at bottom center, more of a VF20 but use your own judgment
